“Did He Really Tug My hijab?”

One of our members of DDB was actively harassed on the bus . This experience was very confusing and disgusting. The member’s hijab was tugged and the person proceeded to exchange words with the DDB member. The harasser stated “you don’t need to wear a hijab to let everyone know you are Muslim”. The statement was wrong this is just one of the many things that young black Muslim youth go through on a daily.
